🌲 visit my linktree for other socialsSome fan art inspired by Ashfur's Hellfire, a Warrior Cats MAP. The MAP is inspired by the song Hellfire, from The Hunchback of Notre Dame, so this drawing in turn is also inspired by the song, particularly the part where Esmeralda's ghost-like figure comes out of the fire, except it's Squirrelflight coming from flames that are engulfing the forest around Ashfur.
I'm quite pleased with how this came out, particularly the background. Fire is always fun to work with and I'm glad I was able to get that red/blue balance I was aiming for. Squirrelflight didn't come out looking as "smoke-y" as I wanted her to but it was still fun to work with such effects. <33

MAP stands for Multi-Animator Project. Basically, it's an animated project that consists of snippets of animation done by a bunch of different participants. c:
