it is. it just so happens that dark blue hair on a snow leopard looks really good. i'm sorry if you 'claim' the colors or something since yours was created first, but the characters are completely different and i tried to stray from your design as much as possible. i knew when i created her that along the line you'd probably say something, so i'm chill. i just want you to know that i didn't steal the design at all.
and delya has blue eyes and blue little spots, instead of green eyes etc. they may look similiar but they are very very different in complexity. sorry for the fright.

you did kind of contradict yourself in your explanation tho saying it was a coincidence but then saying you were trying to stray from my design as much as possible i.e. possible inspiration from pande?? w/e doesnt matter as lnog as you dont plan on shoving her in pande-clothes

nah, i think delya is too super frilly girly for pande's style teehee. it was coincidence that they look alike. i made her. i looked at her. then was all 'ohcrap she looks like pandemonium lol'. so then i put more things on her to make her less like pande. and i made her personality almost opposite from pande, who i think is an extrovert? whereas delya's a introvert. etc.
