Well it's just rumors at the moment, no idea what horde would get. I'd so switch sides if they got murlocs, my life long dream. All the models are getting an overhaul next patch from what I heard though.

Well at the very least the vanilla player models. With all the facial animation pandas have I think they're trying to a facelift on the old models.
