Description His great lines once again!

I can hardly do his lines justice, but I try.

Got my ink mixed now, so seem to be having a better run with the nib. I still made a few errors...
Oh, just noticed I left off the sig....will fix that!

nice i would of liked seeing you take a more invasive style in the fur and grass though i really think that its in backgrounds and textures were an inker can exceed himself and take the pencils to a new level

I know you'd want to hear this, I have a thought on this one. The lines dont take advantage of the pencillers varying line weights very much here. Where the last posting had the line weight on the edge of the figure that was more visually interesting ... here, the line weights dont vary much, the weight of the line is one thickness almost. Seems a bit rushed. My advice would be to recognize the pencils a bit better in this case. (I know you do better than this) I would recommend re doing it. I think the pencil artist would like it more if those line weights are more accurately recognized.

Thanks Brian. I'm sometimes worried about adding too much. I can see the diff. from the other posting as well. The grass was my nemesis this time! Hence my awareness of the errors... I picked up a couple new brushes today. i probably will re-work this, cause it really is a lovely piece!

I agree man and I know the FEW subtle changes will make this a great INKED piece too!

Keeps looking awsome

I was wondering if you do inking on any really sketchy and not so perfect pencils?

I read up on inking some to get some tips and saw in some tutorial that:
"its often an inkers job to make something presentable out of a rough sketch so interpretation is a big part"

Is that someting you like? or you prefer pencils that are pretty much perfect and finished?

Thanks I don't think I have enough experience yet to start finishing more sketchy lines. I still nedd a lot of info to get me through.
