There's no point keeping it bottled up. Just tell someone, and if they think it's a joke or whatever then they don't get it, and just keep telling people until someone gets it, and they'll help.
There's nothing anyone can do unless you tell them you need help... And as a guy I can vouch that it's extremely hard to admit when you need someone to give you a hand.

thats happened to me but
in a while everything will be back to normal
before you loose everyone you love
or they loose you

I've been where you are - I didn't want to ask for help in case they said I was just being melodramatic, but scared in case they really said there was something wrong with me. but if you aren't ill, then its a reassurance that IT WILL PASS.
if you are depressed, then IT IS TREATABLE.
If you ever need someone to talk to, my notebox is open. Or there are a few support groups on dA, like ~PeerSupport

It's hard to admit it at first ... and to admit that you need help. Trust me, I pushed help away for a long time but one day, something happened and I knew I needed help.
I wish you luck though and hope you make the right decision, no matter what people think.
