The Tope serves as the scout for the majority of the ANA military, making use of its advanced sensor systems and remote Cowrie Spy Drones.

Well, both the wing pods for the Tope are in fact modular, a necessity of its scouting missions, and some of the pods usually come with designators and other front-line packages.
