One of my favorite Disney characters and one of the reasons I see them as utter CRETINOUS MORONS.
They have God knows how many great comics to plunder from and made great 2D animated movie with this awesome cheap bastard over here and what do they offer us ? Either a discount Gravity Falls (from what I hear... honestly it's doubly insulting when I hear a Disney Ducks show has to rip off a preexisting one ! It just means they have no faith in the ducks to begin with) or the pile of live-action remakes (because you know ? Walt NEVER took any fucking risks to produce animated movies in his time , RIGHT ?!).
Not saying that the 87 DuckTales was perfect (in fact, most of the balls and spice of the comics was put in Quack Pack which NAILED Donald's character and his interactions with the kids...), but the very good episodes in it that KEEP Scrooge's meaner edges are STILL very good.
You know what ? Let the ITALIANS handle the Mouse and Ducks material ! Or Europeans in general since the current French material is cooking up FINE !
