Oh my good ness those eyes reminded me of Judge Doom from Who Framed Roger Rabbit in his toon like form. And now I'm totally scared of the boogieman.

Neat. I like how Boogie is wearing a red coat. If the Boogieman also had green skin black hair, and black lips, he'd look just like what I think he'd look like if he appeared on Extreme Ghostbusters. Again, thank you for notifying me aobut your artwork.

Looking at the cartoon now, I see it was a dark blue/black with red trim. However, not a major oversight.
