In my headcanon, Octavia was raised in an area of the Frozen North roughly similar to Russia, so I can understand why she'd like the winter.

a good peaceful scene conveyed well in her face, but you mist the opportunity to have flakes in her hair and on her coat (both).
snow filter effective, lighting also background is simple for my tastes but effective.
the buckle is a nice detail.

Yeah, the snowflakes. I even had it in my HEAD to put those in at some point but it slipped my mind before I finished up. I don't think it kills the picture though, so it's all good.
There's even a chance I can redeem myself for that mistake later on. I don't think I'm done with this theme yet, so we'll see.
