Description
Undines are soulless water nymphs. In order to obtain a soul, they must seduce a mortal man and and bear his child.I started on this a long time ago and lost inspiration for a while. Finally got around to finishing it. Comments and criticism most appreciated!

The pupil-less eyes absolutely make this work! It's a delicate, very effective blend of alluring and chilling, and the small details - the webbed hands, the scales around the hairline - add almost subliminally to the aura of alienness.
The integrated, almost monochromatic palette is also extremely effective .. and finally, I love the execution of the hair - I expect it to waft in the currents.
I'm not sure the two fish near her are necessary as visual cues that this is an underwater scene (I found "discovering" the shadowy ones in the background even more effective), but they don't distract/detract.

I think that your portrayal of the creature is very harmonious with that aspect of Undine mythology. I think they would be proud to see something of this caliber dedicated to them.

She has some pretty exotic-looking anatomy!! Her eyes are so wild looking monochromatic. I really like the look of her webbed fingers.
