Description
I wanted to create a new piece for San Diego in a few days so this is what I came up with. Both available at San Diego with on being the regular and the other being the variant printed 1 in 4. I'll let you guys decide which should be which. Pencils and colors by me.-Mark

imho - this should be displayed as presented here, light and dark Phoenix side by side.
Yes I was one of many who cried my eyes out when Phoenix Died in Uncanny X-Men 137.. It is a striking, powerful piece, and I would kill to be at SDCC.
A poster or print of this as uploaded here - side by side - would be ideal.

Phoenix has always been one of my fav characters (both Jean Grey and Rachel Summers)!!!
I like the eyes on Jean/Phoenix (green costume), but I'll always prefer the Dark Phoenix (red)!!
Either way, they still both look absolutely amazing!!

wonderful view on her. The simple change of her eyes gives her two completely diffrent expressions. In green she looks as though she's thinking of something and in red she looks like she's about to attack. Personally i perfer her in red.. which one do you like better?

Not sure about this, but I thought that Phoenix was in the green outfit and Jean was in red, not the other way around. Oh well, that's just the way I've seen. Good picture though.
