For this one I’ve used all the chibi fanarts I’ve drawn about “One Piece” and put them all together in one illustration. This idea came because one day I thought to myself “what would those chibi fanarts look like with a background?” When I added it, then the idea about put them all together came to my mind... I've taken a look to your club and it's pretty original, but I'm wondering if in the contests members will be able to draw One Piece characters as well or only their OC.

Depending on the contest
In general your OC should have no ties what so ever to any Character from One Piece, in fact it's kind of a parallel world with the same history but without the OP characters in it: however, you can still submit fanart irrelevant to your OC or even a picture with him and an OP character. Just don't go around inventing fanfict about how tight your OC is with Luffy, or how you won a fight against Shanks in the past
And remember your OC's reference sheet can't have OP Characters in it see F.A.Q
