Plot:

Mikage Saya is a promising athlete but because of her friend betray her for letting a popular girl in school win but then she meet a mysterious transfer student named Kusanagi Tsubaki, because of her appearance, she became popular in an instant which make the popular girl feel threatened. But Tsubaki is actually a World Ranger that investigate Negative Aura and actually test Saya to became a World Ranger, with Tsubaki's new Team Black Cat along with other three new members, fought for the World's balance while a mysterious organisations, MUTANT trying to use the students as their lab rat and somehow the popular girl also a part of the organisation.
