I've been thinking about costume redesigns lately. Specifically women superhero costume redesigns. Specifically DC women superhero costume redesigns.

If you have spoken to me about comics within the past years or so, you probably already know my feelings toward almost everything in the New 52 DC reboot. Those feelings are not good ones I'll tell you that.

I kinda want to do a bit of a series of redesigns because of those feelings.

And I decided to start with Stafire.

Oh Starfire. Not only did they take away what little clothing you had.. they also took from you your dignity and personality. And I am sorry about that. I read a lot of Teen Titans growing up. And that Kory was always so full of emotions. I miss that. Very much.

I decided to keep the "feel" of the New 52 reboot, but hopefully improve it. I'm not a fan of her "pasties". And I feel like women deserve to be clothed in more than just that. I still left a lot of skin showing. Sexy, ridiculous outfits have always been a part of her and i'm not opposed to women being sexy. I just don't want them to be soulless sex machines.
