I finally made a reference for Hellebores! I know I should be doing owed art right now but I have been commissioning people to draw him so I felt like a reference was necessary. I will work on my owed art now.

Tribe: Rainwing/Nightwing hybrid
Age: 8 (18 in human years)
Sexual Orientation: Questioning
Family: Passiflora (mother), Noctua (father)

Description: Hellebores is built similar to typical Rainwings but he lacks the prehensile tail. His wings are covered in "stars" that change color depending on his mood. The "stars" on his underbelly, frill, and snout scales also behave this way. He can also darken his scales by will. Other than that, Hellebores can't change his scale color. He can spit venom like a Rainwing and read minds, although it isn't as strong as a purebred Nightwing's. He is agile and quick in the trees.

Personality: Hellebores is hot-headed and aggressive. He lashes out at anyone who remotely pisses him off. He is bad at controlling his emotions in general, causing him show them off through his scales unintentionally. He has a difficult time befriending anyone because of his lack of trust he has in others. He has developed self-esteem issues because of his weird mesh of abilities and has never felt like he belonged to either of his tribes. He also harbors hatred towards Nightwings because of his father.

Bio: Hellebores was born in the Rainforest Kingdom with his mother, Passiflora. Hellebores never meet his father, Noctua, and his absence in Hellebores' life has caused him to despise Nightwings. His mother became distant and forgetful with Noctua's absence, even forgetting to feed Hellebores on many occasions. To get away from this, he tried to spend most of time away from home only to face more problems. Hellebores didn't fit in with anybody. The Rainwings would play games based on camouflage and the Nightwings would mock him for being different. When he was 4, Hellebores decided to run away and ended up joining the Black Talon, an organization of mercenaries and assassins.
