I actually give him light (sky [pun intended]) blue eyes. Cause in my Minecraft series (which I have yet to write) he is praised by Death the Kid, because he's symmetrical. So he doesn't say anything until he sees Kid's budder eyes, so the two become good friends more and more in the series.

In my fanfic the gang (including me) already know his eye color. But it's not budder. That's because we have NervGears (SAO is really cool so I used an idea from it) so his eyes are the same color as real life, which I think is a sky blue (I also did that for a pun)
