This was not too hard to make, I was sitting at a terrace with some friends, and one of them was smoking. When they blew the smoke, I took the photo, focusing on the smoke (I was a bit lucky to get an acceptable focus in just a couple of tries, smoke is insanely hard to get in focus ), and that was it.
The background helped a lot too, it had rained and there were shining drops everywhere in the background, they were responsible for the bokeh you see in the photo.
Also, I shot this half-facing the sun, with a mostly dark background, to have the smoke highlighted.
