This is pretty interesting.. especially with how the bokeh is more focused towards the centre.. and in a diagonal fashion while the top right corner and bottom left corner are more blurred.
The bokeh is pretty cool. I feel it adds more to the atmosphere and background, and there is an intriguing movement to it all.
However, I'm also not too sure about it.. seeing as it does cover up things as well and sort of obscures the person.
The person captured is pretty awesome, though. I especially like the lighting and how pure things feel here. Perhaps you could have moved the camera higher, but other than that, it's not too bad!

I'm aware that I'm usually not going by the rules and what I do won't be liked by everybody. I'm that kind of a person that know the rules and does everything to break them.
I agree with the camera higher, now that I look at it that way, it would've been better in displaying the portrait and the integration of the overall feeling.
