The Cumnor Monster, Pliosaurus macromerus.
Estimated size at 13 m, 20 tonnes by McHenry in his 2009 thesis about pliosaurs, making it the largest confirmed pliosaur.
Though it appears the 3 m mandible could be way too much reconstructed, resulting in an animal just comparable to Kronosaurus (11 m).

Sea scorpions are Paleozoic, the Cretaceous had mosasaurs.
But yes, you would not want to pull ANY of the three onto your boat.
