The Ralt-25 (ray amplifier light transmitter) laser rifle is an experimental gun made by jalian. It is made out of simple mechanics that jalian happened to put together back while she lived in a graveyard/junk yard when she tried to make a flashlight.
This was a simple build, I made it awhile ago, and the name kinda just came to me.
