Uh...question....I can't use what I have learned here in my works? D: I mean, I won't use your brushes. I never use brushes of other people except if they don't have a copyright claim on them....I prefer making my own brushes....but I can use your tutorial to make brushes of my own right? Please reply! I won't make another tutorial using this method or anything! I promise!

I can't used GMIP! I used to use GIMP all the time before I got PS, but then suddenly, one day, it wouldn't load for me! =/ I would open the program, and before it was even half way loading, it would lag, and then crash. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, but it didn't work. GIMP just doesn't like me! >.<

Awww well that stinks! It's alright... you're brushes are just amazing though. Hopefully someone can convert them or something.

All my brushes include an image pack. Those sets that don't have image packs included in the collective brush pack I have in my gallery. I know from experience that GIMP opens .psd* files, so you should have no problems using my brushes~ =] Hope that helps!

Therefore there can be NO selling of brushes or stuff made from my tutorial.
If you make a tutorial for a program you do not own, like Photoshop, you cannot attempt to blanket copyright things made with it. You have the right to ask people not to use BRUSHES you create, but legally you can't prevent people from learning your technique and utilizing it. Why would you make a tutorial if you didn't want people to learn something from it and use it? o-O!

Hey there. This is a great tutorial. However, I can't seem to find the warp function on my version of Photoshop (PS7). Does it have it? Thanks.

differentxdreamz In reply to psykikraithe [2010-01-09 01:40:57 +0000 UTC]
I think the Warp function comes in CS. I'm not sure if PS7 has it. However, I suggest looking online to check. Sorry I'm not much of a help... =[

You're not the first person ever to think of this method, I did something almost identical to this before reading your tutorial and I will continue to do so after reading your tutorial, that does not make my work Β© you.
(Although this is a simple and great tutorial)
