Here're 2 Mega Man enemy ideas I thought of myself...Rusty Golem and Rusty Joe!

Name: Rusty Golem (Mid-Boss)
Description: A robot made of old, rusted parts from older robots that were destroyed by Mega Man in the past. It leaps around while throwing rusted Crazy Cannons at foes. It will even summon Rusty Joes from the ground to fight alongside it. When defeated, the Rusty Golem stops dead in its tracks before blowing apart into many pieces that fall off the screen.

Name: Rusty Joe
Description: Like the Rusty Golem, this robot was created from old, rusted parts from older robots that were destroyed by Mega Man in the past. It will leap around in the air, firing a glob of liquid rust from its arm cannon. If the liquid rust hits a foe, it will slow the foe down a bit and even disable their ability to attack for a few seconds before wearing off, making this enemy quite troublesome in some situations.
