Practiced shading with some backgrounds.Characters:
Left: Marley (human) Jinx (bat)
Marley is stuck with this bat who likes nibbling on him. Luckily, Marley is resistant to vampire poison.
Middle: Parker
Parker likes to steal honey from trees. He tries to protect himself from bees but some times fails.
Right: Kitsea
Kitsea plays with shells on the beach and swim in the sea. She doesn't like hot weather or cramped spaces. ( Shes kind of my Fakemon. A Water-Flying type.)
