The Kaiju affected by the ORCA II are attacking cities all over the world. Paris by the Giant Bat, Tokyo by Cyber-Zilla, London by C. Rex, Hong Kong by Cryptocleidus, Moscow by El Gusano, Washington D.C. by the Zilla army, Berlin by King Cobra, St. Petersburg by Queen Bee, Sydney by Maguma, San Francisco by Ebirah, and Buenos Aires by Rodan.

Mei: The hell has gotten into them?!
Mavis: I don't know. I've tried using the ORCA at least ten times, but they're not responding this time. It's as if they are almost entranced by something.
Mei: Launch the Atoragon and Mechagodzilla. We're going to maximum danger level.
G-Team Personnel: Admiral, we're receiving a call on the emergency channel from Germany.
Mei: Answer it.

The call is answered, and the monitors reveal Wilford. Everyone looks at the mysterious man with confusion.

Mavis is silent, but everyone notices the anger in her eyes.

Nikko: Locate Zilla. Maybe we can save him before Wilford can get to him.

She activates the ORCA calling out for Zilla. They manage to locate his signal, and he's out in the Pacific Ocean.

Mei: If you need to get to Zilla, you might want to get there before Wilford does.

Mavis wastes no time with getting ready.

Mei: Send out all forces we have to the affected cities. Claude, you're staying behind. I hear you have a history with Wilford.
Claude: Yes, why?
Mei: I'm placing you with the strike team that will stop that son of a bitch. Contain him if you can, but only kill him if you have to.
Claude: Consider it done.

Meanwhile, the rest of HEAT Team goes out to the Pacific Ocean to find Zilla.

Mavis: Alright Z-man, just need to listen up.

She continues to broadcast the ORCA, bringing Zilla in closer.

Mavis: Alrighty, going smoothly.
Mix: Unless Wilford is still watching.
Mavis: I don't understand how he knows everything about me. Everything about him makes me uneasy. He's meddling with forces beyond comprehension and gambling with the lives of billions.

Mavis lets out a sigh.

Mavis: I need a breather... this is making me stressed.

She is about to go into the boat's interiors when she sees Zilla's spines emerge calmly. Mavis takes notice of Zilla rising from the surf, and he leans down to examine her.

Mavis: Hey big guy.

He lets her touch him.

Jeremy: Looks like no matter how big, animals will often know stress when they see it.
Mavis: Come with us. You know you can't stay here.

Zilla looks at them, confused at first, but he knows what must be done, nodding at Mavis.

Mavis: Thinking what I'm thinking?

He dives back into the water, and they watch him leave.

Mavis: Think's got the right idea?
Jeremy: Well, lets follow him and find out.
Mix: I hope you know what you're doing.
Mavis: Me too.

HEAT Team follows Zilla to confront Cyber-Zilla and stop Wilford once and for all...

Meanwhile, Claude leads the assault team to Wilford's base.

Claude: Now let's see how this plays out. Grenades!

One man arms a grenade and throws it at the door entrances.

Soldier: Fire in the hole!

The grenade explodes. This brings Wilford's forces out as well. It results in a violent gun fight.

WIlford: Security, report.
Moxxie: *seeing Claude* Seems that Lizard Slayer lady is leading this assault.

Wilford gets his shotgun out. He bursts into the chaotic scene, astonished by the bloodshed occurring.

Wilford: Enough...

He goes on a killing spree

Claude: There's Wilford. Take him down!

The gunfight continues. Claude gets an opening, shooting Wilford in the achilles tendon He yells out in pain as he falls to the ground.

Claude: Do you surrender?
Wilford: The feathered god shall rise again, this cannot be stopped.

They hear a commotion. Mechagodzilla has landed outside the base. G-Team and the Lizard Slayers flee as the giant machine readies a completely new weapon on its chest. Wilford looks up, and accepts his fate, knowing he won't be going anywhere.

Wilford: Nice.

Mechagodzilla fires his Absolute Zero Cannon in the base. This also disrupts the ORCA II signal, causing the attacking Kaiju to stop, all but Cyber-Zilla and the Zilla Army. Cyber-Zilla unleashes the Zilla army to fight and slaughter the Kaiju that were affected. But the Kaiju affected get unexpected help from the Kaiju who are not affected. Notably Mothra, Leviathan, Godzilla, Behemoth, Methuselah, Scylla, and of course, Zilla. Zilla charges Cyber-Zilla, while the remaining Zilla's each battled a different Kaiju.

Jeremy: Jesus Christ. It's a massacre.

Mechagodzilla and Atoragon join the battle. Zilla and Cyber-Zilla duel, even to the point of a beam fight that results in a powerful explosion which knocks them back. The Zillas shred Queen Bee to pieces, one fires down El Gusano's mouth, causing him to explode, and more butcher Cryptocleidus. Leviathan constricts one to death. Behemoth impales one with his tusks. Scylla freezes one with liquid nitrogen. Methuselah crushes one under his massive weight. Mothra impales one in the throat with a venomous stinger after blinding it with God Rays. Godzilla obliterates several with his atomic breath. While Zilla and Cyber-Zilla still duel, tooth and claw, Zilla tears off Cyber-Zilla's robotic arm. To Zilla's surprise, the Giant Bat arrives to help.

It latches onto Cyber-Zilla, who blasts it off with missiles. Then Rodan latches onto Cyber-Zilla, cloaking his wings with lava to melt some of the armor. Cyber-Zilla screeches out, this gives Zilla an opening to strike, ramming him hard. He starts tearing open the cyborg's chest violently. And biting out its central processor. He then fires his atomic breath into the gaping hole, causing a huge portion of Cyber-Zilla to explode violently. Blood, organs, and cybernetics fly everywhere. After a silence, Zilla roars out triumphantly.

A month later. Zilla has been seen mostly in his lair near HEAT HQ, Mavis watches him from the drone footage.

Mavis: Everything is back to normal for now.
Nikko: Wilford was killed by Mechagodzilla. Bio-Major is terminated. And all of the remaining Zillas are killed, but ours will be kept alive for study.
Mavis: Yeah. Jeremy asked if he wanted to go out for a walk, so I'm gonna be back later.
Nikko: Mix, you're in charge of the base until Mavis returns. I have to run some errands.

Mavis and Jeremy are out on one of their usual walks.

Jeremy: So I heard things are going swell again.
Mavis: Yeah, also I wanna know something.... about you. Do you like me?
Jeremy: Yeah, Mavis. You're a good friend.
Mavis: I mean do you like me like me?

Jeremy is quiet for a bit, but he decides to confess by kissing her on the lips, catching her off guard. She goes with it, kissing him back.

Mavis: Take that as a yes?
Jeremy: Yeah, I love you.
Mavis: You know, I love you too.

They kiss again. Meanwhile, Claude is reporting to Mei about what remains of Bio-Major's mutants.

Mei: Alright Claude. Wilford and Bio-Major may be done, but their freaks are still out. How many Mutants are still on the loose? Give me a number.
Claude: Still remains unknown, but with the surviving ones, HEAT is searching for them.
Mei: Will you stay on board with HEAT or are you heading back to France?
Claude: For now, I am staying with HEAT. They have asked me to be their liaison.
Mei: As you wish. You are dismissed.

Claude return to HEAT HQ, Mix takes notice and tries to get a English to French book out.

He then goes up to Claude.

Claude: That means good-bye, you idiot.
Mix: Oh. What's the French word for hello again?
Claude: Bonjour.

She goes out to catch fresh air.

Mix: Wish I never ditched French classes...

She walks off to get coffee, and Mix makes a pouty face. In Peru, Quetzalcoatl shows more signs of waking up to the eclipse.
