Nice! Love your color for this piece. Very smoothing. Specially the chainmetal around the arm and his leg.

Just out of curiousity how do you do the highlights on the chainmetal? Do you do dapping or is it customized brushes in PS?

i did this whole piece with the same brush. i can't explain exactly which one it is, because i don' know if it has a proper name, but yeah the chain mail was painstakingly done one stroke at a time. i'm glad you liked it!

no no, hahah i'd change through the sizes a LOT with [ and ] so it was one brush in its many sizes. but i HAD customized to a certain extent. : )

haha I think it would be really a challenge to do it digitally. It might still be possible with real brush though.
