Description Thanks to I am now able to make screenshots while playing SCV. Thank you, my dear! She told me how screenshots can be made with a PS3 (maybe I was just too blonde to figure out what everybody else knew from the beginning) and so I wanted to try it out.

These are six costumes I made for Tira. She is still my favourite model. I love the way she looks like and her personality is creepy as hell. And I love to create new costumes for her. She is definitely one of my favourite characters of Soulcalibur.

The first one was inspired by her SCIII 1P outfit. I liked this crazy paradise bird look very much, especially the teal hair even though I wonder how people were able to dye their hair teal in that century...

The second costume is a recreation of her SCIII 2P outfit. The original hairstyle is still available in the game so I decided to recreate the whole costume. Of course it does not perfectly look like the costume from SCIII but I think it's close enough. But I miss the fur collar with the skulls.

The third one was inspired by her SCIV 1P clothing. I liked her very much with dark hair and those pigtails were gorgeous. It is really a shame that there aren't any feather accessoires in the game yet. I hope they will add some to another DLC package soon.

The fourth is a tribute to one of my favourite musicians, Emilie Autumn. I love her songs and in my opinion she sometimes even sounds like Tira. I am so happy that Tira's SCV 1P hairstyle allows one to use several colours so I could add the white streaks.

The fifth was inspired by catwoman. I have to admit, I have never seen or read anything that belongs to the Batman universe but I thought it might suit her to wear something like that.

The last costume is my version of Snow White, basically inspired by the Walt Disney version. I had no image of Snow White at hand when I was creating this costume but a 100% recreation of that dress is kinda impossible to make with the SCV character creation mode. I also made some other (Disney-)fairytale-inspired costumes for other characters. Maybe I will upload them someday.

I hope you like those costumes.

Soulcalibur V and Tira are (c) by namco.
Emilie Autumn is (c) by herself.
Catwoman is (c) by DC.
Snow White is (c) by Disney, actually by the Grim brothers, actually by whoever knows that...

I really like all of these designs. The recreations are perfect: my favourite is SCIII 2P. That's almost identical, but the others are also really nice. I cannot really rate the fourth since I don't know the model it is based on (the singer). Catwoman is the weakest in this collection but still a pretty nice design, however, a bit plain. Snow White, however, is my favourite! A really unique idea and an interesting point of view of this character.

Nice job, as usually.

I'm glad to hear you approve the recreations. I could not exactly recreate them but I wanted to keep the general style of the outfits.

I recommend you listening to some songs of Emilie Autumn, maybe try out "Ever", "Willow", "By the Sword", "Castle down" and "Shalott". I think you could possibly enjoy them. She does not really have a fixed style, she makes "hard" and "soft" music, crazy and melancholic pieces. If you don't like it that's perfectly fine, but I thought you might enjoy it.

I have to admit, I'm not a fan of the DC comics. I just did this for fun because I thought the hat with the cat ears is quite cute so I thought of an outfit in which this hat did not seem that weird.

Concerning Snow White, I wanted to make a "cute-but-creepy" version of that character, maybe a bit Tim Burton-esque (For some reasons, I still imagine Helena Bonham Carter playing Tira in a possible SC film...), but I wanted to keep the colours Disney gave to Snow White. I love the old Disney films and I think it was creepy and gloomy enough.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I highly appreciate it that you take your time to comment on my works.

No problem, I liked these outfits. The least "recreation" is the first one, but on that one I really liked your ideas how you made her unique. That design is still good for Tira.

I'll listen these songs.

No problem.

Yeah, it's a bit Tim Burton-esque and also, as you mentioned, it looks like as Helena Bonham Carter (especially her hair), but because of the colors it's still a bit different (it's colorful compared to Burton's works), which is good. It's more like those Alice reboots. But with Snow White.

You are welcome. Now I had some free time (I guess you'll realize why), so I commented on those works where I didn't do that previously.

Yes, the first one does not really look like the original outfit but that was somehow impossible to do. I liked the colours of her SCIII 1P costume, even though I cannot imagine it in old times. I mean, how the hell do you get greenish-blue hair? xD But it suits her crazy personality.

I hope you enjoy them.

Yes, it really is colourful in comparison to what Burton usually does. I would love to see a Snow White reboot done by him. Although I guess Helena Bonham Carter would rather play the evil queen.

I guess because you finished your music project.

Yeah, it's different, but still something that looks like as an original design.

Yeah, it could be interesting...even if I'm not a big fan of Burton. ^^" Most of his works are not my cup of tea.

Yeah, that's right. I wonder if you could check my journal and...

I'm not the hardcore Burton fan, but I enjoyed Nightmare before Christmas, Corpse Bride and Sweeney Todd very much, I liked the gloomy atmosphere. It's a similar atmosphere I have in mind when listening to Emilie Autumn's songs, this victorian gothic creepy elegance. I cannot really describe it but I love that feeling and I already have planned a story which makes use of this atmosphere. It's the story which features Faye, the girl on whose costume design you've already commented.

I know what you mean. I really enjoyed the pieces you composed. So it's 100% free to download? I might download it tomorrow. Since you support me with your feedback I want to support you as well.

Yeah, that vampire movie of Burton was really bad. What I want to see from him is two movie: Ed Wood and Big Fish, as they are his best works and overall, they are nice movies. Especially the latter: you couldn't tell that it was made by Tim Burton. O_o I have no problem with gothic style, in fact, a year ago or two I really liked it, but today I'm more interested in orientation and ancient chinese/japanese culture and philosophy. Yeah, Faye has a really nice design, and any information about this story could be nice.

Yeah, it's 100% free to download, as it is the digital version. I'm planning to do a real version, a real CD, however, as some kind of "limited" edition, as I think nobody would pay for a digital copy, but for a real life copy, they would. (Even thought it won't be expensive.)

I would destroy ALL of these Tira's... they would start like (|) and end up like (0). No lie.
