Not too much. They're pretty much just criss-crossing stripes, I just laid them out with pencil first.

Oh no no, not based on the Hyuugas. The marks on his cheeks I use to define his cheek bones, which are meant to be his distinctive facial feature.
The eyes are meant to be darker than that I think, but got brightened up by the scanner, and sometimes I don't bother putting in the pupils XD.

They've been popping up lately, trying to draw them more.
The more the years pass the more objectively I can look at the 90s. I think the entirety of the 90's can be summed up by Seinfeld and Home Improvement.
