2015. watercolor/gouache and ink on bristol wips on my instagram!

I was originally gonna have more butterflies and insects that were torn/dead..but I didn't like how that looked for this image. In the first concept sketch for it, she was supposed to look more dazed or in trance and kinda more gross looking. But those didn't completely work out, which is fine. Had fun looking up all the different mushroom/fungi images for ref.
