Okay, now that I've regained the ability to form words properly again I have to say this blew me away on so many levels. I freaked out when I saw the LINEART, when I saw THIS I might as well have been bouncing like a schoolgirl. This is absolutely perfect and as much as I would like to give a grand speech about how much I love this, I simply can't as I find myself just staring at the picture the whole time. Yeah, his semblance is the ability to manipulate the energy of his Aura, draining it for various attacks. The more he uses it the more he drains his Aura leaving him vulnerable, the blue flames are the appearance it takes when he projects the energy outwards.
