I wouldn't be surprised if we see Penny v.2.0 in Volume 7 or 8. However, I'm pretty sure that the Atlesian military would have had Dr Polenda remove the dangerous and unpredictable personality construct that makes her a far less effective soldier because of needing 'friends'. Naturally, if I'm right, a significant sub-plot will be Ruby trying to find whether her friend still exists in this version of her or if she's just looking at an Atlesian Knight wearing her friend's body.

Maybe. He could be trying to give her those emotions again too, but Ironwood (in his current state) may refuse. They may also have the doctor (named Geppetto possibly) hold a grudge against the rest of Team JN(P)R for what Pyrrha unintentionally did. From his reaction in the episode (I'm assuming it was him who clenched his fists), he was probably LIVID at seeing the creation whom he'd most likely come to see as a true daughter be killed. Therefore, he would maybe even be GLAD Pyrrah's dead, seeing it as a twisted justice for what happened. This could definitely lead to a strain in relationships between him and the heroes.

She may have a new Memmory Cartridge when she will be rebuild. So any way you look at it, it wouldn't be the same Penny we know.
