Here's a classic Disney shorts villain you may remember: Doctor Frankenollie at your service! He originally appeared the 1995 Mickey Mouse short, "Runaway Brain", as the supposed main antagonist who tricks Mickey into coming to his laboratory in order to place his brain inside the Pete doppelganger Julius' skull so that he could create the perfect super soldier. Unfortunately, he dies in the experiment despite its success, and the short ultimately devolves into yet another "Mickey saves Minnie from lovesick Pete" short in that formula.

Frankenollie here is designed in the style of Tetsuya Nomura's characters, with the design originating from frame10's Ultima revision drawings. This design will be used for Frankenollie's appearance in the upcoming fanfiction "Kingdom Hearts 1.5 - The Chain of Memories".
