I think I know how he could return! In the comics, Firebrand started out as someone very similar to Tony Stark! A normal man who was given abnormal power by a special suit! Maybe if Killian comes back it could be explained that he survived because his powers are becoming stronger but less stable so he needs a suit called "The Firebrand Armor" to allow him better control?

I don't want Killian to return. If there's going to be an Iron Man 4 (which there should be), I want the Real Mandarin, and MODOK to be villains. I also want to see Crimson Dynamo as one of the villains if they ever do a, Avengers Vs The Masters of Evil movie.

I feel the same way! I'm just saying that if they had to bring Killian back somehow THAT'S how they could do it! However, If I have to settle for The Mandarin (The ACTUAL Mandarin that is!) I'm good with that! The Mandarin is one of my favorite villain! He has serious fighting skills, a serious intellect and ALIEN TECHNOLOGY to boot! He considers every fight he's had with Iron Man to be a minor setback at BEST, and a chance to prove Iron Man can escape his wrath at WORST! It isn't hard for me to see why...
