This little feather painting was inspired by my Burning Blue:It is a commission for for a birthday present.
All of the feathers I've used here are completely naturally colored and undyed. They include macaw and chicken feathers. The red and black beads are glass and the white ones are wooden, strung onto leather cord. I hand-cut the matboard to match the painting and decorations and framed this little dragon in an 8"x10" shadowbox frame which shows the 3D features of the items within.
