Your camera is capable of taking pictures of 'ghosts', it doesn't take Photoshop to do this effect. I'm not saying the artist did or did not use the program to achieve his or her goal, it's just silly to assume that people can't do spectacular things outside of a software bundle.

I personally call this digital art, but that's a broad definition and someone may say it's not, because it's not completely painted with digital tools and underneath is the photograph after all. but who cares about the labels anyway? for me, a good piece of art is a good piece of art, no matter the technique.
