Considering nicotine is just a drug, yeah, he can build up a huge tolerance for it. Smoking one or two cigarettes a day will be difficult to get used to again after the past two weeks XD

I'd think Daddy would be smart while around cute little Charlotte/Maxine. But I don't know how many packs he's smoking right now XD At the rate Till has to buy them it seems closer to three. I would say he has to be jittery all the time because nicotine binds to ACH receptors ﹁﹁ but if he's depressed enough, maybe he doesn't.
