I did a thing.It took longer to do that I care to admit, I got so much practice out of this and I'm really happy with how it came out.

Oh my god, he's absolutely gorgeous. The background is definitely pleasing to look at and an impressive show of simplicity and color, especially in the water and variation of greens. Also, I like the color choices for the character, they make him appear very regal and affable. His design is simple as well, but the little details such as the braids in his hair and tail make him stand out. However, the thickness of his neck from the front connecting to his ear is very disturbing and offsets his overall gracefulness. Finally, I am not well versed in drawing or visualizing animals when they are at rest, but his hind legs being hidden from view looks like something that isn't familiar to horse anatomy. But, I might be wrong.
Very peaceful, whimsical, soft and warm. I love it.

Your constructive criticism is fair, his neck could indeed be too thick, and while horses do lie like that with their legs underneath, his body should be slightly twisted so it looks like his legs are gently leaning over to the other side, however Sirius here is lying straight, so the position looks more unnatural. Unfortunately I noticed this way too late into the drawing to have the patience to redraw it. Something to remember for next time, though
This is the first time I drew this character, and I literally made him up for this drawing, I though a palomino coat would well suit it, glad to know you agree!
