Description
Way before the Masterpiece Blackarachnia got announced, I tried my hand at making my own out of generations Chromia. The result was...passable.
- Chopped the windshield into the new spider thorax.
- Chopped the arms and replaced with twist-tie wire articulated baked-clay claws. Attached Quickstrike legs to the shoulders at their joint, giving them a point of posability.
- Built a new gun out of a BW Wolfang gun&missile with a new handle thick enough to tab into the original front wheel connection joint on Chromia.
- Shaved&sanded the head into a more accurate shape.
And voila. Something that was...passable before the masterpiece came out.
