This is quite an interesting photo, normally I'm not drawn to cosplay and such but I love David Bowie and this is an awesome representation.
I think it's quite cool how you had a girl (at least what I gathered from the profile you linked?) she looks great in it but it still keeps the feel of Jareth.
Some things I did notice was the leg in front seems kind of like a distraction as you don't really see the beginning or the end, it just looks like something in the foreground and takes away from the photo. Perhaps if you had either added more of it into the photo or avoided it all together?
Also in cutting it off was the hair at the top and the right side of the arm/body. Which can be fine, but perhaps if you had selected only one area to cut rather than so many it would be nicer?
I overall like the lighting quite a bit, the way it lights up the ball and the crystals on the jacket as well as hits her hair is quite nice. Though perhaps her face could be just a little lighter.
The makeup and hair look great, as does the costume, it is amazing and I love it.
The pose is good as well, it doesn't look unnatural and fits the theme extremely well.
You did wonderful at putting Jareth together, one of the betters that I have seen, which is awesome. I loved this movie growing up (I still love it!) so it's quite nice to see it captured well.

OMG, I love this. The Labyrinth is something I grew up watching, so good! I love the light reflection not only through the ball, but I love how it glows through his hair as well. Quite nice.
