Just a normal Torso Muscles study I did in anatomy, some people have trouble with this so I giving it to anyone who needs reference. Also just 1 hour render. Hope you like/ use it.Related content

Oliques and lats; the muscles that are impossible to define no matter how hard you exercise hahaha. The shoulder and chest region can be a pain in the glutes (look at me trying to be funny :I) even to this day so stuff like this is really helpful!
