Well, sice this is more scenery then scifi i tought i'd submit here for a change. A combination of a few stockphotos and a bit of photoshop here. Was out of ideas and stumbled upon this sunset picture and i thought, ach... what the hell, why not. My first one with stockphotos in it and i think it came out pretty good. All favs and comments appreciated as usualRelated content

the stock all melds well with the piece as a whole

hehe strange, I like them planets but in my oppinion you could have blended them better with the sky/atmosphere

amazing merge.. even without zooming I can still see the birds ^^ the differences create an eery feeling for me somehow..
As the romantic sun sets and the birds find a place to sleep..
The moon arises only light to the sky as the bats emerge to claim their place..
I don't know... random thought actually, I just have fetish for the moon, I guess.. Even though I don't see where the title relates.. (lacks a lil common sense) I'll just assume it's the silhouettes of the birds that cross over to both pictures.. very, cool ^^

Nifty... the star field is accurate... I really like the sillouetted fowl against the sky with the meteorites as their foil. The planet placement works too... the planets themselves are kinda stock but I really dig the whole scene. Nice!

Im sorry dude... I meant "stock" as " standard"... the planets are well done no doubt, but just kind of plain ... but ya know, maybe that is a good thing cause you might not want to pull too much attention to them... it would unbalance the composition. Don't mind me... I'm just coming off this extreme planet kick. Your stuff is very nifty... I've seen it around. I shall pay you a visit here soon. Rock on!
