Yup, the spears go through her shoulders and hold her heart in place, if she gets them out, the heart would fall. I wanted to have a kinda challenging character, cause this is gonna be an important disadvantage when fighting, she will need either to find a way to remove the dangerous spears and replace them with something or to take her heart somewhere else (which she wont like to do either way XD)
