If his healing factor is so strong then shouldn't it put his face back together like Wolverine.

His healing factor works for the cancer too. The cancer breaks constantly out again and is healed at the same time. No time to fix his face. Though there are a few issues of Deadpool were Wade has a more or less normal face with something that looks like slight to severe acne.

NO actually his healing factor is stronger than wolverines given he can survive decapitations its just that a side effect of said healing factor is a messed up face

Your artwork is amazing, especially this piece, I've been a Spider-Man fan since i been a little kid, and as of late I've learn to share with Deadpool, I recently got diagnosed with Gastric Cancer, and was wondering if it would be possible for you to create front facing shot of this masterpiece so i could with your permission place on my myself. I've seen this cover floating around the interwebs, and everytime i see it i can't help but think HOW HANDSOME WADE LOOKS.
