Or as I like to call it, a Daddy Sandwich!Geh, I know. Stupid holiday contest completely destroying my will to work on other things! Fie! Fie upon thee!
*ahem*
Anywho, this kinda combines some of my sketches centered around Naruto and Sakura and a potential family. I for one can't forget how great it was napping with my infant son on my chest (and god, did I need those naps... little hellion!).
For a little variety, since everyone wants their characters spawn to take after their gendered parent, I imagine Naruto's eldest child being a girl and blonde (notice how her hair kinda takes after Aunt Ino's?) and being a hellcat, while his infant son will have pink hair and be a bit bookish. And probably drug into a bunch of trouble by his elder sister...
Not that I've put too much damn thought into this! NEVER!

I really do hope that Sakura would choose Naruto over Sasuke, because Sasuke hurt her (even though i'm a little sakusasu fan) and Naruto would never do that to Sakura. He always tries his hardest to make her happy and call me a bit old fashioned but isn't the saying also true that childhood friends or even best friends makes the best boyfriends and girlfriends!

Ok, that's really cool which is why I faved it. The little girl looks just like her mom but I almost didnt recognize Sakura. I have one question, why would you give a boy pink hair? I use to wonder what kind of hair color thier kid(s) would end up with. Maybe one of them would be creamcicle who knows?

Well, I didn't really want the kids to be carbon-copies of their parents. That's done way too much in fanart and fanfic. So I tried to switch it up a bit. The daughter takes after Naruto and the boy takes after Sakura, though they'd both have traits to both parents. Though I imagine with blonde and red in Naruto's genes and pink and whatever else in Sakura's, the kids' hair could be anything from platinum blonde to burnt sienna.

Well, considering Naruto's lack of family during his childhood, I think he'd probably be more than a little overeager to give affection to his own. And considering how endearing and plain amusing it would be to witness, I can see Sakura standing back from time to time and embracing everyone once they're tuckered out.

Yess...I can see him being overprotective with their own kids. Sakura would act motherly, you know gently and a little bit strict at the same time. Meanwhile Naruto'd be the funny dad....who always is playing and having fun with their offsprings. Yess...and at the end of the day, they can share a special moment as the family they are.

Well, I can see Sakura having to somewhat mother both Naruto and the kids at times. But Naruto also doesn't know what it is parents do or how they act. So he'd probably waver from being the goofy dad, to smothering them, to probably being a strict disciplinarian (should they really push his buttons). Remember, the only thing he has to emulate is Iruka from the academy and the general emotional coldness from the village.

Yes Naruto at first would be a beginner as a dad. I can see him giving Ramen to the baby instead milk, and Sakura behind him with a mad face. SheΒ΄d tell him that babies dont eat Ramen, they need to drink milk. Yes...I think he will be more the kind Dad than the strict one.

And I had most of the epilogue written out before a harddisk crash. I'm not sure if I'll attempt to rewrite it, though. There were a lot of things I wanted to say or have shown, but I also don't want to write another 30,000 word story to get to all of it... But who knows?
