The Rum Tum Tugger is a curious cat...After recently discovering The Rum Tum Tugger from CATS I’ve been dying to draw some fan art – and since Christmas is coming up I thought what better than to draw RTT for the person who got me into him.
So yes, this is for my best friend Amber – Hope you like it!
