Nyaahaa, Maiko all the way! Wanted to see her hair down, maybe it symbolises her liberation from that psycho Azula? The thought of Mai and Zuko fighting together...woohoo! That would be crazy business!
Did this with colour pencils, propa old school. Though me without a scanner, had to take a pic, and then did some touch-ups in photoshop ^^

I knew they were going to be together from the beginning. The cartoon pretty obviously hints at it. What was with all the Zutara noise?

Why does Mai always looked best drawn Which Hunter Robin style, anyways great pic, love the flaming swords I wish they used those more then once in the series lol, Zuko would have been so much cooler if he used fire bending with swords more often

Beautiful work. The firelight reflecting off of her hair is so pretty, and the way she's snuggled up between his flaming swords is a powerful image. Awesome.

How do you do it!? You're so good! I'm soooooooo jealous! Grrrrrr! Jealousy, one of the seven deadly sins... *sigh* I'm ok. Ok, let's face it, I'm pshyco, but can you blame me? A new eppisode hasn't been on since... forever! I'm gonna die! Grrr! I might feel a little better if I could draw good.

Hahahahahaha~! I know how you feel, everyone used to suck once! I used to be so jealous of other people who could draw better than me XP but if you keep working on it, it'll start to look good,...one fine day ^^
I'm gonna die soon too, the suspense is killing me! Though we're almost there! A new episode will come before we know it, but the hours and minutes before the premier is what I'm worried about, I don't think I'll be able to concentrate that whole day! Everyone's going psycho, don't be sorry about it

The only thing is, I honestly think that Azula and Mai are friends, so if Mai lost Azula as a friend, then she might be a little upset, but I do believe in the long run, she does love Zuko. (I mean, look at them! They're past is so cute!) It's sad, in a way, you wish that some way they all could just get along. I comend the writers of Avatar for being brave enough to show that sometimes, there aren happy endings. (though hopefully the balance of karma, Zuko would please end up with Mai, you know?) ^__^ FAV!
