Description Consider this the artistic equivalent of throwing your newborn baby into the water to teach it how to swim.
Me: So, you can't draw Transformers, you say? It's too hard, you say? Well, now you're going to draw a whole comic, so deal with it!
Myself: ARE YOU INSANE?!
Despite my initial disbelief in my own crazy idea, the experiment worked out well. It gave me a goal to work towards (motivation!), and it forced me to practice by drawing the characters again and again. The only downside was...this took me practically 3 straight days! I could rant about that now, but I think that's worth a journal.
Another downside...my vacation is ending, so I won't be able to do the next part (or parts) until school starts, and it'll take longer. Plus, I wanna do part of it in color so...yeesh. Here's to ambition!

EDIT: Oh, I guess this needs to be said: This is not my original idea, it is a comic version of one of my (many) favorite scenes from Transformers Prime. I love it because it showcases Starscream at his very creepiest, just so we all know what kind of guy he is (this is from Episode 6, or Episode 1 if you discount the first 5 for...reasons you should know if you even considered it). The best is yet to come, though.

This looks so awesome! ^w^

Oh, and I must ask. What program do you use? I'd like to make my own comic series on here and I want it to look better than just scanning a piece of paper through Paint.net :3

Thank you!
I actually didn't like the way this turned out; I made it a tad too small and then everything got really pixelated, and I had to clean like crazy so the whole thing didn't look like a piece of trash...
Anyway, I do use Paint.NET for all my digital work. If you want to start coloring scanned stuff digitally, the thing to do is to gradually increase the contrast and lower the Output levels (you'll have to repeat that a few times, but it's the best way to preserve all the lines) until you end up with solid black lines on a white background. Then, just color as you like.
