Ok folks i've had a wack at digital art, now i'm going for a more traditional area, back to the basics with the good old acrylic, but i'm still painting charecters. I did this today infact i've just this minute at 10 to 10 finished it! It took me bout 3 hours total and i'm pretty pleased with it. Judge Dredd what a moody sod he is, and i've tried to bring out his moody don't f**k with me charecter through this painting which deals with just his face and expression, i've never ever used acrylics like this before but if i get results that please me as much as this one did i'll continueWhats your view?

This is an excellent representation of the character. What strikes me most is the textures you created with your brush strokes, they're very effective and they add considerable interest to the piece.
