My little Naruto character again. I've been seeing a lot of chibis around DA lately and thought, why not? When I developed this character, I had sort of a Mangekyo-level, end-all genjutsu involving an endless stretch of black water. That's my attempt at a background, haha.

Oh, and there's usually a whip at the end of that black rod with two feathers. The feather are made of linked pieces of metal, and are used for offense. They're not there because I need to go to bed :\

EDIT - the eyes were bugging me. And I added some patterns so it didn't seem so boring. This may get one more re-upload, but I'm leaving it alone for now.
