"Tamaki-poseur!" was my first impression of him, blonde hair, rose, seriously egotistical attitude, and all. Β And even though I know about Hakuba now, I still shout "Go back to the shojo manga where you came from!" with feeling whenever I think about him.

Yes he is weak why you are so surprized? Oda gave him an a sleeping alter ego with a bad issue he never had a chance to win anything he gained a boost on his power and speed but only after 2 moves he fall asleep he didnt even fought like this for 2 minutes after 2 panels he fell down sleeping. When you have a bad issue like this you just dont participate in coloseum fights
