Another great display of nature's fury over the Atlantic Ocean in Ormond Beach, Florida.In this picture, I particularly like how well the lightning lit up the water and the beach, and the ocean looks SO weirdly awesome!

ok...how did you go about doing the lightning shot...i've been trying to do that 4ever & it's not working out...please help me. btw...awesome shot!!

1. you'll need a tripod, or some flat surface to lay the camera on so it won't move AT ALL
2. set the shutter speed on your camera REALLY LOW! I set mine to 16 seconds on all of my lightning shots
3. if your camera has a 10 second self timer on it, use it so you won't move the camera when you press the button
4. have fun taking pictures!
